1. Who we are

The Watch Doctor is a watch repair service operated from World of Titan, Jamuna Arcade, Shop No. 6 & 7, Digha Ashiana Road, Patna – 800025. Repairs are carried out by a network of independently vetted technicians across Bihar.

2. How the service works

You send a photo and description of your watch's issue via WhatsApp or the order form on this website.
We provide an approximate cost based on what you've shared.
Once you confirm, your watch is collected, couriered, or dropped off, and assigned to a technician.
The final cost is confirmed with you before any work beyond the original quote is carried out.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on this website are indicative starting ranges. Your actual quote depends on the specific condition of your watch and is confirmed individually for every order before work begins.

4. Your watch while it's with us

We take reasonable care in packaging, transit, and handling of every watch. Watches are covered by insured transit for the declared value provided at the time of booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of drop-off or pickup.

5. Turnaround times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they can depend on parts availability, particularly for older or imported movements.
