formspree.ioand create a free account. - Click New Form, name it "Watch Doctor Orders", and copy the form endpoint it gives you — it looks like
https://formspree.io/f/abcdwxyz. - Open this file (
order.html) in Hostinger's File Manager, click Edit. - Find the text
PASTE_YOUR_FORMSPREE_URL_HERE(use Ctrl+F / Cmd+F to search) and replace it with the link you copied. - Save. The form will now email every submission straight to the inbox you signed up with.
